Naples Property Management - Rates

Sales Clients - If you have previously
purchased a property with a member of the Naples Guru Real
Estate Team, you are entitled to a discount of 3%.

Seasonal Rentals – 15% |

Non-Sales Clients - If you are not a previous
client, we still offer the most competitive rates and a high
level of customer service. We hope to have you as a client
in the future. |

Please note that our commissions are paid first from
the proceeds. For example, for a previous client being charged 13%
for an annual rental at $1000/month, NaplesPropertyManager.com will
be compensated $1560 ({$1,000 X 12} X .13). We will receive all of
the proceeds from the first month and $560 from the next month. The
owner will receive all of the remaining proceeds.
All other fees will be charged to tenant. These
include:

Taxes to State & County (if term is less than 6
months)

Cleaning Fee
·
Application to HOA
·
Fee for processing including background check and
review
All deposit money will be held in a FL account in
accordance with the law. Upon end of lease, your property will be
inspected and upon satisfaction, deposit money will be returned. If
there is damage, the renter will forfeit an appropriate amount of
funds to return the property to condition prior to commencement
within reason. Deposits are $500 for seasonal rentals and $1000 for
annual rentals.
